MyFLEX Studio Online Class:
Want to work on your square splits but struggle to make yourself do the workouts? Or maybe you just want a little more help? Join this live online MyFlex Class with Dr. Carlie Huberman that will work on getting all of your splits using end range strengthening and MyFlex exercises/stretches. In the class we will work on both ground splits as well as standing flexibility. This 1-hour class will focus on exercises that you would find in the pike and hip extension MyFLEX module.
Supplies needed: You will need a roller, yoga blocks, a peanut or ball, and a medium strength mini-band loop.

Class is taught one Wednesday a month at 12:00pm EDT. (This class alternates with the Middle Splits class and the Shoulder and Back Flex Class)
The class will be recorded and sent out to all who sign up at the end of the class. The recording is available for 7 days.
