MyFLEX Studio Online Class:

This 30 min conditioning class is a combination class focusing on both your deep supportive abdominal muscles as well as those outer visible ones that we all think about when you say abs! Come get your crunch on with Dr. Carlie as she guides you trough Transverse Abdominal exercises and other targeted core exercises that will help tone and strengthen your core in safe ways without hurting your back. Exercises will focus on strength and stability throughout the core.

Class is taught every other Monday at 12:00 pm EDT. (This class alternates weekly with the Booty Burn Basics Class)

The class will be recorded and sent out to all who sign up at the end of the class.  The recording is available for 7 days.
