These workshops are body part specific and will go over some basic anatomy of the body part, current research on aerialists or acrobats, and how the movement required from aerials and acrobats affects it all. It will cover different injuries and weakness that are common in this population and how you can help combat these problems. You will learn exercises, stretches and drills that can be done both on and off the apparatuses so you can strengthen and stretch both at the studio and at home! Modifications will be provided for students who have current injuries that would like to participate. Workshops are available for 1. Shoulders and arms, 2. Neck and Back and 3. Hips, knees, and Feet)
