MyFLEX Studio Online Class:

This 30 min conditioning class is all about the butt! Come get your burn on with Dr. Carlie as she guides you through pelvic and hip health exercises that will help tone and strengthen your booty in safe ways!  Exercises will focus on strength, stability, and end range strengthening for your pelvic muscles!

Supplies needed: Roller, peanut, Yoga Block, Mini Band!

Price: $5

Class is taught every other Monday at 12:00 pm EDT. (This class alternates weekly with the Ab Strength & Control Class)

The class will be recorded and sent out to all who sign up at the end of the class.  The recording is available for 7 days.
